These Terms of Service govern your use of the KRAVEN Motorsports website and your purchase of any products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to purchase from us. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We try to display products, colours and finishes as accurately as possible, but your screen may render them differently, and photographs are for illustration. Product availability, pricing and specifications can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

3. Vehicle fitment

Each listing states the vehicles, model years and trims it is confirmed to fit. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits your specific vehicle before ordering. If you are unsure, email orders@kravenmotorsports.com before purchasing and we will help you check.

4. Installation

Our products are automotive appearance and lighting parts intended for installation by someone competent to do so. Professional installation is strongly recommended. You are responsible for installing products correctly and safely. We are not responsible for damage to a vehicle, for installation costs, for labour charges, or for any loss arising from incorrect or improper installation. Installing a part may affect your vehicle's manufacturer warranty — check with your dealer if this is a concern.

5. Lighting products and road legality

Laws covering lighting colour, brightness, tint and placement vary by state and locality. Some products are sold for show or off-road use. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is legal for road use where you drive before fitting it. Any DOT or SAE marking referenced on a listing does not by itself guarantee compliance with your local requirements.

6. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch the order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos and page design — is owned by or licensed to KRAVEN Motorsports and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names, model names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe fitment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRAVEN Motorsports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, vehicle downtime, towing, storage or labour costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
