We want every part to fit and arrive in perfect condition. If something isn't right, contact us at orders@kravenmotorsports.com and we'll help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

Unused, uninstalled and free of any test-fit marks, scratches, adhesive residue or drilled holes
In its original packaging with all included hardware and accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because these are automotive appearance and lighting parts, any item that has been installed, painted, wrapped, cut, drilled or otherwise modified cannot be returned, even if it was later removed.

How to start a return

Email orders@kravenmotorsports.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item. Do not ship anything back before you receive a return authorisation from us — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong part, we cover return shipping and you will not be charged. For all other returns (including change of mind and incorrect ordering), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Report any damage, defect or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Fitment

Every listing states the vehicles, years and trims it is confirmed to fit. Please confirm the year, make, model, trim and body style of your vehicle before ordering, and compare the product photos with your vehicle. If you are unsure, email us before you buy and we will check for you. Returns caused by an incorrect fitment choice are treated as change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
